Motivation seems essential in many fields, especially in business and social life. It represents the determination and vigor of an individual to reach a goal or accomplish a task. Also, it could get affected by several factors, such as curiosity, ambitions, and a person’s needs.

Motivation plays a crucial role in the productivity and efficiency of a human being. It can impact positively or negatively the employee’s well-being at work.  Severalseveral scientific studies show that motivated people are more committed to their companies than unmotivated people. They also have better stress management to solve the problems encountered to reach their objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to employ methods that help boost the motivation of individuals in their professional and personal lives. Some of them are listed below:

Set clear goals and objectives
